Default for sets which endpoint each network's pages pre-select — the Webhook Sender (when that network is picked), MD case pages, Beluga visit pages, and Beluga's API-triggered webhooks (same setting as Beluga → Settings → Webhook target). Click a highlighted one to clear it. A network with no default falls back to the first endpoint in the list.
